今天吃完R楼下的河粉后..就觉得很渴..然后开始昏昏欲睡... 啊.. 味精
之前知道有这说法但一直没有去证实..

今天记得就查了一下..ou..原来


味精含有一种叫谷氨酸钠(Glutamate)的物质，它在消化过程中能分解出谷氨酸。在脑组织中，谷氨酸可以在以维生素B6为辅酶的谷氨酸脱羧酶的催化下，变成γ-氨基丁酸，它是一种抑制性神经递质，若生成不足，容易引起中枢神经系统的过度兴奋，如出现狂躁或者抽搐，但是过多地摄入谷氨酸钠，就会使人昏昏欲睡。
