2002年Jamie Oliver成立了Fifteen(餐厅)
Fifteen名字的由來是因為餐厅每年會挑选十五位問題少年进行培训
让他们有机会接受廚師的专业训练

去当天是星期四晚上, 餐厅里面坐满了人
食物上得挺快的, 可能真的有18位厨师 哈
服务员手脚都好快, 上菜和收碗蝶都干净利落

喜欢Menu里的Mix & Match Baked Pasta 和 Baked Rice
配料怎么搭配任你选

Menu里也有一些是素食的
如果叫Vegetarian Aglio Olio的话, 记得提醒厨师不要放garlic
